Magpul ASAP Sling Plate

ASAP ( Ambidextrous Sling Attachment Point)

The ASAP was designed to give a shooter over 180 degrees of motion of the sling attachment point and can be used ambidextrously by both left or right handed shooters.  This sling mount gives the shooter a tactical advantage allowing a full range of motion and minimizes binding while switching shoulders.  This is particularly important in situations such as shooting around corners or if the shooter was injured.  The ASAP is designed for use with one point slings with a snap hook (such as the Magpul MS2 Sling) on CAR-15/M4 Carbines.

GG&G 1224 - Multi Use Sling Adapter

The GG&G Multi-Use Receiver End Plate Sling Adapter For Collapsible Stocks (MURP) will accept up to 1 1/4 inch webbing for traditional sling attachments, and has a special annular feature that allows those slings with HK style snap hooks to be used without having to change out the receiver end plate sling adapter. This innovative sling adapter plate not only allows the use of two different attachment methods, but also allows for the use of single point slings and the attachment of a conventional sling in conjunction with the front sling swivel. As can be seen in the photographs, the attachment features have been kept low so that they do not interfere with the charging handle.

As with all GG&G Receiver End Plate Sling Adapters, this AR15 sling mount is designed for professional use being machined at our facility from AS-35 Geneva steel. Of exceptionally high quality, this famous Swiss steel features molecular structure with elongated grains for added toughness. It has a manganese phosphate matte black finish per mil-spec. This collapsible stock side sling adapter can easily be installed by the operator.

GG&G has developed the New Agency Rear Sling Adapter to assist the agencies with this issue. This new GG&G Agency Rear Sling Adapter only requires that the rear assembly of the collapsible buttstock be removed. No tools required. The new adapter then slides over the tube and, once in proper position securely tightens behind the castle lock nut. The system uses two socket head screws for fastening, so that once tightened there is no chance the sling adapter will come loose.
